Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager – Sales will be responsible for overseeing project-specific sales operations, driving revenue growth, and managing sales teams to achieve assigned business targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 10 - 14 years in real estate sales, with at least 3 - 4 years in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for specific projects or regions.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and direct clients.
- Support senior leadership in implementing sales campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Track market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer trends to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines (RERA, etc.).
- Prepare periodic sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
